1 General Terms

3 Account Registration

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ace3655 login credentials. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Wagering Requirements

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing bets or playing casino games on ace3655, you acknowledge that all gaming and betting outcomes carry inherent financial risk. ace3655 is an entertainment platform — there is no guarantee of winning, and you should only wager amounts you are prepared to lose.

Sports Betting

• All bets are placed at your own risk. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless ace3655 exercises its right to void the bet under these Terms.
• ace3655 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been suspended, cancelled, or declared void by the relevant sporting authority.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, ace3655 reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect odds and refund the stake to your balance.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all sports markets. These limits are displayed within the bet slip and may vary by market, event, and account tier.
• Live in-play betting is subject to brief delays. ace3655 cannot be held liable for bets accepted during a delay if the event outcome was already known at the time of submission.

Casino & Slot Games

• All casino games on ace3655 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Slot RTP (Return to Player) values are accurate and consistent with the figures published by the respective game providers.
• In the event of a game disconnection mid-round, the outcome will be determined by the platform's server record, which is the authoritative source. Bets in progress at the time of disconnection may be settled as a loss or void depending on the stage of the round.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. ace3655 reserves the right to conduct a review of the game session before releasing jackpot funds.

Maximum Win Limits

Individual game sessions and single bet winnings may be subject to maximum payout limits. Where a maximum win limit applies to a specific game or market, it will be stated within the game's information page or the relevant betting market description. ace3655 reserves the right to cap winnings at the stated maximum regardless of the calculated payout from the game's RNG or the bet odds.

7 User Obligations

As a registered ace3655 account holder, you agree at all times to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Use the platform solely for lawful, personal, recreational gambling purposes.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not permit any third party to access your account.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

8 Account Suspension & Closure

ace3655 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Evidence of underage gambling — the account holder is or was under 18 years of age.
• Evidence of multiple account registration by the same individual.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions in violation of the terms of those offers.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Abusive conduct toward ace3655 staff or other platform users.

Consequences of Closure for Cause

Voluntary Closure
